In our shop on the farm here in Glemminge, we sell our handcrafted fine products. The selection varies according to the season, but you can always be sure that we choose the best ingredients for everything we do. Of course, we roll our Danish pastries with real butter and never use any semi-finished products or ready-made flour mixes. We also love local produce and having the growers and producers close at hand. Our honey is produced by Scanian bees on Söderslätt. Tomatoes and berries are grown here in Österlen. The rye grows around the corner, guaranteed unsprayed with straw shortening agent.
Although we are very locally rooted, it is also possible to get hold of our products in New York, Boston, Cambridge, Zurich, Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, Ghent and indeed many other cities around the world. Of course, we also send our goodies to our retailers around Sweden. After all, we want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy our tasty craft.
